Welcome to jnr16k. These Terms govern your use of our website and purchase of products. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our associated Privacy, Shipping, and Return policies.

1. Eligibility & Age Verification

RÉSERVÉ AUX ADULTES

You must be of legal smoking age (18+ in France) to use this site. We reserve the right to use third-party age verification or request government ID. Orders failing age verification will be cancelled immediately without liability.

2. Pricing & Errors

We aim for total accuracy, however, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions at any time.

Obvious Pricing Errors: In the event of a clear pricing error (e.g., a product accidentally listed at €0.00 or €0.01), jnr16k is not obligated to provide the product at that price and reserves the right to cancel the order even after confirmation.

3. Withdrawal & Hygiene Exceptions

Under EU law, you generally have a droit de rétractation de 14 jours. However, specific health and safety regulations apply to le vapotage equipment.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the Droit de rétractation is strictly forfeited once the protective seal or original packaging of e-liquids, pods, or disposable devices has been opened, broken, or unsealed after delivery.

4. Legal Guarantees (France)

jnr16k provides all statutory guarantees required under French Consumer Law.

  • Garantie légale de conformité: 2-year protection from delivery. Defects appearing within 24 months are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
  • Vices cachés: Protection against manufacturing flaws that make the product unfit for use.

5. Orders & Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order that appears to be fraudulent, placed by a reseller, or contains incomplete address information. Once an order is handed to the carrier, it cannot be modified.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, text, and images on jnr16k.com, is the exclusive property of jnr16k. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by French Law. Any unresolved disputes may be referred to the CNPM – Médiation de la Consommation or the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
