Under EU and French law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason. The period starts from the day you receive your order.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Original packaging, intact
  • Unused and unopened
  • Proof of purchase included

❌ Non-Returnable

  • Opened or used produits de vape
  • Customized/Perishable items
  • Damaged by customer

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Include photos of the product and packaging. In these cases, jnr16k covers all return shipping costs.

Wait for confirmation and return address instructions (within 48h).

Ship the product back using a tracked and insured method.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. In that case, please follow the 14-day withdrawal procedure after delivery.
